About Candida
For more than ten years, I've worked in social and environmental impact, building communities and sharing stories that inspire change.
My journey has taken me across the Pacific, Latin America, and Europe, broadening my perspective and deepening my appreciation for diverse approaches.
My focus is on community building, communication strategies, and creating meaningful experiences. I have experience in areas like climate change, gender equality, migration, education, food security, and youth development.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, dancing, painting, and exploring new destinations. My education includes a Bachelor’s in Sociology from SUNY Buffalo State College in New York, a Master’s in Migration and Development Studies from the University of Almeria in Spain, and a User Experience Design certificate from General Assembly.
